Elements of Fitness
 

Owner and Head Trainer, Robert McNeil is a fitness professional with multi-faceted expertise as a personal trainer. Robert works with clients of all ages and fitness levels including athletes.

 

At EOF we believe in total body health, and the vision that fitness can be achieved through a balance of four key elements:

Wellness | Nutrition | Strength Training | and Conditioning

We call this philosophy The Science of Success. We apply this philosophy in all our services to help Houstonians reach their fullest potential.

 

Elements of Fitness is one of Houston's premiere sources for personalized fitness programs and training. Centrally located in the Highland Village area, we can be reached from most segments of the city within 20 minutes.

 
Strength Training

Everyone, no matter your goals, age  or fitness level can benefit from regular strength training.  Resistance bands and balls, small hand weights, water and your own body weight can be used as resistance. Here are a few of the many benefits of strength training:

Elements of Fitness offers small group training that provides intimate class sizes. Small group training is considered one of the fastest growing fitness trends in the world.

Fitness Boot Camp

 

Robert has designed a one-hour boot camp to build strength and fitness through a variety of group intervals.  Our boot camps provide social support that allows everyone to work at their own pace. Expect to start as a team and finish as a team, no one is ever left behind. If you lack motivation, Elements of Fitness Boot Camp is perfect for you. The dynamic of the group will motivate you and help you reach your goals.

 

Here are some things you can expect in our boot camp:

Individual Training

Online Training

 

 On-line training is an alternative for the person with a very busy life style and unpredictable schedule. We will design your workouts and help you with your meal plans through on-line interaction. Not to worry, if you're not sure how to perform an exercise, Robert is just a video chat away to make sure you have the best work out. It is important that you are able to provide your body measurements, weight and information regarding your daily food intake. There are no excuses... we are here to make sure you become and stay a healthier you!

Sports Performance Training

 

 We have created a high intensity workout to meet the increasing demands of athletes to enhance their ability to perform at the highest level. Athletes are taken through speed, agility and quickness drills to assist them in improving linear, lateral and vertical movement.

 

Sports training specializes in the following:

  • Flexibility training and stretches for each muscle group

  • Sport-specific sprinting, agility drills and speed development exercises

  • Speed, agility, and speed-endurance training programs to maximize physical performance

Private Training
